Just a thought, but I wanted to agree about Tristan’s sword separating him from Isolde. In Viking myth, pre-Christianity, it was a sign for a man and woman remaining… pure?… for a night (or whatever.) I made the same assumption when I listened to Tristan and Isolde the first time.

The sock yarn is up on my blog for you all too see and drool over, but remeber the only way to have a chance to get it is to donate to CraftLit.

    Great episode.

Kathy Goldner from Knitting Out Loud has the exact same taste in books as me. Yay for Balzac, Tolstoy, Colette, Robertson Davies and Lauie Colwin!

Bracing myself for the sadness to come in the next two episodes.
