Hi Heather! Wow! How exciting — I believe I am the winner to your November draw… Unless there is another Lisa in Taos! That was such a thrill to hear my name in the Podcast!
Thanks for your words and more of the great story!
Hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family!!!

Just wanted to let you know that you are the only thing getting me through 4am feedings with my 2 month old!!! I throw on my iPod, get the bottle ready and feed him. It’s so great to listen to the story and be awake for the hour he eats!!!

I think it’s great that I’m able to take care of my little guy and still use my brain that early in the morning.

Heather, I’m so pleased that you’re feeling better and are back to weekly podcasting. I missed you there for a while!

I kind of miss snow, too – but I have a feeling it’s totally in a rose-colored-glasses-the-grass-is-always-greener-type thing. I HATED scraping ice off my car when I lived in Illinois.

I miss snow, too. I see all those pictures of the northeast and just sigh……..it is 66 degrees here in Alabama today. But, I think it is because I am blocking out the memory of closed roads, snow slush all over the carpet, and how hard it is to drive anywhere when it is snowing. So, in a way we are pretty lucky. But one day of it would be nice.
