    Loved the quote:

    Dear Heather
I love Craftlit. It keeps me company while I knit, walk the dog, drive to and from work, garden (in the summer), do housework, and so on. In other words, I want to listen, not see! Please don’t change the format.

I loved the first episode of A Christmas Carol – what a fantastic reader! My husband read this to me in bed last Christmas, but this reader surpasses even him.

Thanks for all you do, Heather. You are appreciated in this tiny corner of Scotland.

Really enjoying a Christmas Carol. Couldn’t wait for it on iTunes so followed the links to download.

As I mostly do things when listening – drive, cook, knit – I find the mp3 is fine. I like the idea of pictures but haven’t looked at them.

  4. I have been listening to the one that has pictures. At the time I did not know it had pictures. I only noticed when my iPod started to show new pictures. Also I love the fact there are chapters within the podcast. This makes life easier. Sometimes I miss the beginning of the change of the subject and with the chapters I can quickly go back, without having to scan through manually.

Great addition and fantastic for me.

I am still reeling from Twain’s story very moving. Personal note–I come from four generations of family who have served in the the armed services, which I am the first to break the trend.

  5. Before I left for Thanksgiving weekend I reformatted the version with the pictures and uploaded it OVER THE BAD ONE to the feed. Now. That might work just fine or it might mean you have to re-subscribe via iTunes. It’s working for me, but that might be a cookie thing. Let me know if you resubscribe and it STILL gives you grief. I’m guessing this won’t be a common thing for me to do…the pictures and all…

I am unable to vote in the sidebar, I see the poll question with 1 vote for yes 1 vote for no and no ability to click on anything to vote. I notice that the title of the section still asks about the book, which I already voted for. I’m also having problems with the video here crashing my browser, I’m on firefox 3.6.12. I’ve had it crash on 3 separate visits/clean restarts of FF.

We just discussed this last night in group. Everytime someone relapses, which is all to frequently, we have to go over what happened and devise tactics to defeat it next time. Sometimes that means re-visiting the basics and sometimes it gets a lot more complicated. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

I apologise, but, in my opinion, you are not right. I am assured. Let’s discuss. Write to me in PM.
