    Here are some nerve glides to help with the ulnar nerve. My PT had me do it and I call it “owl eyes” … Note–I am not a PT and I just like the instructions on the linked page. Feel better!

  3. This might sound odd, but a tennis ball, under the arm, can help relieve pain or numbness. I used to get pain/numbness, when I worked too long on the computer, and found that putting a tennis ball up under my arm added some funky pressure to some nerve- but oh the relief! See, I told you it would sound odd… but it works.

    Glad to hear your blurb on the Sherman Sock Toes & Heels. I love them and they’re so easy to work with no difficulties. I’m a fairly recent convert to that method but I wouldn’t change for anything.
