    Oh, also – did I imagine it, or was France traveling with the son of Mercedes and Fernand? Didn’t they say he was a young man named Morcerf? Edmond didn’t find that out from France, but perhaps that’s why he’s already in Rome ahead of them?

    I laughed out loud when Gaetano said the bandits had “made a stiff” because I assumed I knew right away what that meant, and I was right! The Godfather did not invent it!
