Flatland is the 10th book you have shared with me! Thank you so much! I was looking for the link to the British reader of Flatland – Barbara?

Oh my, how wonderful is your dad.

  3. Laurie says:

I too love your father’s voice and wish we could persuade him to read more for us!

  4. Shannon says:

Please thank your father for us, he did a lovely job.

But, I just tripped over something to make a ya’ll laugh. I’m listening to “Documentaries” by BBC4 in podcast. In the episode from 10/12/2009 “M16 – A century in the shadows” they talk about German spies for Britian. Apparently, they hired Belgique ladies to sit by their windows and knit while they watched troop trains. “They’d do their knitting. Drop one for a troop train, purl one for an artillery train, and so on.”

I have just discovered CraftLit, and I am thrilled. It has already become my favorite podcast, after just two episodes! I love that I found you right as you were beginning a new book, so I don’t really feel like I’m coming in “in the middle.” Awesome. Very awesome.

I’m sad your dad won’t be able to read more of Flatland – he has a wonderful voice that seems very suited to the character. The lady is nice too, but he seemed to fit the role better. Ah well, I’m still enjoying it!

I love your father’s voice–it is soft and clear at the same time. And with the sence of Vulcan logic that made the math stuff seem easy.

It is strange to have caught up over a few months time and find myself waiting for new episodes. I might just have to go back and listen to Jane Austen, again.

    Thank you, and keep recording!

I was eager to try out the new app, so I purchased it, but it does not appear on my iPod Touch, even though I also updated to the most recent OS. Has anyone been able to use the app on an iPod Touch?

    Solved–sync issue!
